Advocacy Skills: Middle School and High School

This presentation will discuss the importance of advocacy skills for students who are deaf or hard of hearing in middle and high school. Strategies for teaching advocacy skills and supporting the transfer of those skills across settings will be shared. Higher-level advocacy skills necessary for teens will be discussed.
